2020 has been a big year for obvious reasons. Who would’ve thought this time 12 months ago we’d have to deal with a worldwide pandemic and the disruption it has brought with it.
We’ve all had to learn a lot and adapt to our new norms. And as I look back over 2020, there were four key things that have stood out to me and epitomised businesses that have faired the best:
Business owners are an adaptable bunch – resilience and nimble.
Building a support team / network, internally and externally is so important.
Cash is, was and always will be king!
Keep looking forward and don't spend too much time looking back.

Hutch on annual leave 15 Dec – 15 Jan
