There are a number of key areas we'll look at but at the end of the day we want to help you:
In effect put more money in your pocket!
We'll help you take an objective look at your business to make sure you're moving towards the results you want. This may be at a strategic / governance level such as directors / advisory board support, or at a management / implementation level, making sure strategy is implemented
It doesn’t matter if you’re new to business, are well established or even considering an exit strategy or succession planning – we'll work with you to maximise profitability and efficiencies in 6 key areas:
We take the approach that you know your business best, so until we complete a business assessment it’s hard for us to know what's best suited for your situation. We may work with you anywhere from a one-off session to having an ongoing relationship – the decision is yours.
That depends on what you think we can best offer you. It may be anywhere from a few hundred dollars to a million (just joking on the million bit!) But whatever our fees are, it's all arranged before we start working for you, and expectations are clearly outlined in our Scope of Work & Letter of Engagement, which are supplied to you for approval before we get underway.
There is never a 'best time' but if you want to make sure you take a systematised and planned approach to your activity, it's better to do that sooner than later.
Of course you can! However, sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know, so it may be you’re not maximising your potential or returns. Also, having a consultant removed from the business allows someone ‘outside of the game’ to take an objective look at what you do and ask the questions when they need to be asked. This helps with your profitability. It also keeps you accountable.
PlanA Consulting can work with you from a management and implementation perspective (getting things done) or, help you take a more strategic view of your business (deciding what needs to be done). This may involve setting up an advisory board or installing an independent director. The choice is entirely yours.
