We will help you take an objective look at your business and make sure that you are moving towards the results you want

What services does PlanA Consulting offer?

We take the approach you know your business best, so until we complete a business assessment it’s hard for us to know what is best suited for your situation.   We may work with you anywhere from a one off session to having an ongoing relationship – the decision is yours

What are PlanA Consulting fees?

That depends on what you think we can best offer you.   It may be anywhere from a few hundred dollars to a million (just joking on the million bit!)   Whatever the fee is, it is all arranged before we start working for you and expectations are clearly outlined in our Terms of Trade and Disclosure Document which are supplied to you before we get underway

When is it best to engage a business consultant?

There is never a best time as such, but if you want to make sure that you take a systematized and planned approach to your activity it is better to do that sooner than later.

Am I able to run my business without a business consultant?

Of course you can, however sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know, so it may be that you’re not maximising your potential or returns.   Also having a consultant removed from the business allows someone ‘outside of the game’ take an objective look at what you do and ask the questions when they need to be asked.   This helps potentialise your profitability.   It also keeps you accountable

How can PlanA Consulting assist from a strategic perspective

PlanA Consulting can work with you from a management and implementation perspective (getting things done) , or help you take a more strategic view of your business (deciding what needs to be done).   This may be by use of an Advisory Board or Independent Director, the choice is yours.
