So in this vlog I talk about the need to make decisions quickly. Don't wait for all the answers, don't look for info that may not be there, and watch out for confirmation or information basis, where you look for data to support your gut feeling, ie. we're starting to trade now, money's coming in and our cash-flow usually comes right after a slump, so everything will be back to normal right soon.
I'm not saying to make ill-considered decisions – take advice, look at the info that you do have, but remember the future is uncertain so you can't rely on past data to assist in future decisions. Hard decisions will need to be made over the next wee while and delaying, and burying your head in the sand, will not help in the long-run.
Make the best decision you can with the info you have today and move forward.
