In August & September I will be holding a business Roadmap Review aimed at the small to medium business owner We all know the benefits of taking time to review our business – but when did you last do it? 

Business can be hard at times, especially if you are in that SME space.
I get it, I’ve being self employed for close to 20 years (crikey where has that gone!). In that time I’ve had businesses that have gone from no staff (just me) to 40 odd staff with a senior leadership structure in place.

For the month of May I set myself a goal of doing a vlog every day. There was no reason or structure behind each for the vlogs, just what came to mind each day – also for me the discipline to record & edit on a daily basis. No pre recording, just a case of do it!
